Product photography stands as a cornerstone for any successful business, serving as a visual ambassador that communicates the essence and quality of its offerings.

In the digital age, where online shopping prevails, compelling product images play a crucial role in capturing the attention and trust of potential customers. These images act as the first point of contact between the consumer and the product, influencing purchasing decisions by conveying professionalism, authenticity, and attention to detail. Well-executed product photography not only showcases features but also highlights the product's unique selling points, fostering a deeper connection with the target audience. It enhances the overall brand image, builds credibility, and sets the stage for a positive customer experience, essential elements for driving sales and ensuring long-term success in a competitive market.

NOTE on Product Photography: There is a $20 non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from your final payment. Final payment is due upon delivery of photos via set upon delivery method. If items are to be returned to you, that is totally fine with me, but a return label must be provided or we can schedule a drop-off at your convenience.

What to expect for product photography:

  1. Preparation and Planning: Review the client's requirements and establish the goals for the product photography shoot. Plan the composition, lighting, and overall style based on the type of product and desired aesthetic.

  2. Client Provides Products: You must provide products for me to shoot. I can pick them up or you may mail them to me. If they are to be returned, that is to be determined how that will be handled beforehand.

  3. Select Props and Backgrounds: Choose appropriate props and backgrounds that complement the style and theme of the product. Consider the colors and textures that will enhance the visual appeal of the items.

  4. Set Up the Shooting Area: Arrange the shooting area, ensuring sufficient natural or artificial light. Adjust the background and props to create an appealing composition. We may also utilize lighting equipment, such as artificial lights or reflectors, to enhance the presentation of the product.

  5. Consider Composition: Plan the composition of each shot, considering angles, framing, and focal points. Experiment with different perspectives to showcase the items from various angles.

  6. Product Styling: Style the products to enhance its visual appeal, ensuring it looks clean and beautiful. Pay attention to details such as edges, textures, seams, etc.

  7. Photograph Multiple Angles: Capture a variety of shots from different angles to showcase the product from various perspectives. Highlight key features and details to make the items visually engaging.

  8. Editing and Post-Processing: Select the best images for post-processing, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and any necessary retouching. Enhance the overall visual appeal of the images while maintaining a natural and authentic look.

  9. Gallery Presentation & Photo Delivery: Create a gallery or presentation to showcase the final edited images. Deliver the final edited images to the client in the agreed-upon format. It may take up to 3 weeks to get all photos processed and ready for delivery.
