1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only under extreme circumstances. The non-refundable deposit may only be refunded if the photographer cancels or there is severe weather.

2. Cancellation of Photography Sessions: If you need to cancel a booked photography session, please notify us at least 1 day in advance. A refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable booking fees or expenses incurred by Kiera Marie Photography up to that point.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital products, including but not limited to digital image files and online galleries.

  • Services that have already been provided.

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at kieramariephoto@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the timeframe for processing may vary.
